Dreamhost had been in the industry since 1997. They are one of the largest hosting companies, with customers who have stayed with them for as much as 10 years. They are fanatics when it comes to customer service. Most of the time a low priority ticket get answered within hours. They offer, probably, the longest money back period(97 days).

If you have read a few negative reviews about Dreamhost, its because just sometimes back dreamhost over billed all their customers because of a manual error. But Dreamhost promptly returned the money back to the customers. Its understandable that such mistakes can happen, but that shouldn't be an issue when we are comparing the quality of service they offer.
